Uwu Asian Desserts is a bubble tea in Atlanta, Georgia. It is listed at Ponce City Market, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE Ste EX-107, Atlanta, GA 30308, which places it among the local businesses of Atlanta that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as dessert restaurant, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Atlanta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Spent $20 on two small boba teas here (too expensive lol) (also there were no tapioca pearls in my boba??). I had the camellia. My friend and I began to feel sick at the exact same time, about 15 minutes after finishing our drinks. If you’re reading this, I’ll spare you from the details of what happened after. I would not advise anyone to buy boba here.

I think this place is very yummy! I do wish a bubble tea wasn’t $9 though. my biggest concern and the reason for three stars was when I asked what was in the nondairy creamer, nobody knew. One of the staff members did remember having a picture of the ingredient list on their phone, and it had whey in it. To me that was misleading and could be dangerous for someone with an anaphylactic allergy.

The matcha milk tea here really impressed me rich, smooth, and balanced. You can tell they use fresh milk instead of powder, and it makes the flavor so much better. It’s also a really comfortable spot to relax for a bit.

Overpriced… lacks different options for teas The tapioca pearls aren’t the best and I think you can get more bang for your buck somewhere else 🤷🏽‍♀️. Also, I asked for No ice and then they said that they don’t fill it up all the way to the top when the drink doesn’t include no ice but my drink would include the normal amount of tea as any other drink (i’m sorry I just paid seven dollars for a drink. Fill my cup up.🤨 they gave you the option of the amount of ice that you want in your drink so why am I being penalized for not wanting ice? (I can’t drink that whole bottle and one go. It gets watered down if you add ice 😐) Like be so serious. I just want to enjoy the drink I pay for and think it’s worth the cost and I didn’t . And unfortunately, I didn’t even like my drink. It just didn’t taste good and I got 2 . …taste wise. I had ask someone what taste good here and if it pairs well with milk ( it was 👎 me and my partner compared both of are drinks and decided they don’t taste good. In an effort not to waste my money I tried drinking it off, but this is all I can take. . Also, they don’t put a lot of Boba in their drinks. I will say that customer service is really polite

I went and ordered boba it was very good. They were out of some of the materials but were really polite about it. They employees were very nice and friendly. Would recommend. I got the black tea and would suggest that you add more sweetener if you don’t want it to be too strong. The interior design of the building was very pretty.
